i originally started my working life in banking but after several years i decided i needed a new challenge and made the move to work for a local independent letting agency in east grinstead originally typing inventories. i moved to east sussex in 1999 and after having my children i returned to work where i managed the letting department in one of eastbourne’s corporate letting agencies for 4 years and afterwards moving to a large independent letting agent also in eastbourne; during this time i appeared on tv’s homes under the hammer. in 2006 i made the move to set up my own letting agency, i started in the village of westham and then moved into an office in eastbourne approx 6 months later. in 2009 i joined forces with katy so we could provide an all-round service and masonbryant was born.

although i have over 20 years letting experience, i regularly attend courses to ensure that i keep up to date with the ever-changing legislation that lettings brings! and love how every day is different and in lettings we get to build long term relationships with our clients, some of which i have worked for, for over 15 years.

i have over 10 years lettings experience having joined the business, after i met my wife, Kay in 2008. i have attended various letting courses over the years, making sure i am as knowledgeable as i can be not working within the business full time.

having started my working life as a french polisher (which i did for 24 years) and having an eye for detail i now carry out painting and decorating and small maintenance jobs for both private clients and masonbryant’s landlord clients.

i love dealing with the general public, as you get to meet and deal with all walks of life. Working on my own as a painter and decorator i love being part of a team when i am in the office, who i believe, are the best in the business! (don’t just take my word for it look at the awards we have won) always putting our clients first and providing them with first class service and honest advice.

i joined masonbryant in 2016 as an apprentice working in their lettings department, and after completing my business administration apprenticeship in 2017 was pleased to be offered a full time role. during this time and since then i have attended various letting courses to enable me to provide the best possible service to our clients. i love my job and how every day sets a new challenge.

i have already built up some excellent relationships with our clients and customers and am enjoying working for masonbryant and love working for a small independent family run business, where the customer/client always comes first. we are encouraged to use our own initiative and suggest new ways of doing things if they will improve the service we provide.

i have worked for a several local estate/letting agencies over the years in eastbourne and have always enjoyed working in this environment. i joined the masonbryant lettings team in august 2018 after a spell working away from the industry working in the local district general hospital.

i have always loved dealing with property and people and have attended my first letting course already, which has provided me a good up to date basic knowledge of the lettings legislation and I look forward to attending more over the coming years. in my time at masonbryant i am enjoying it thoroughly and love that we are supported well and provided with adequate training to enable us to provide the best possible service.
